(together "Providers") apply to all orders in the shop of www.femmelife.co.
By completing the order, the customer accepts the provider's terms and conditions. All agreements in the context of the customer's online order can be viewed in the mutual purchase agreement, the terms and conditions and the provider's order confirmation. Differing conditions that the provider does not acknowledge in writing are non-binding, even if the provider does not expressly object to this. Our deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions therefore also apply to all future business relationships with companies, even if they are not expressly agreed again. These Terms and Conditions apply mutatis mutandis to the purchase of vouchers unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog with product descriptions. Whether an order is accepted is at the discretion of the provider. If an online order is not carried out, the customer will immediately receive a message by email. This requires that the buyer has stored his email data correctly. By selecting the goods and adding them to the shopping cart, the buyer has the opportunity to check his orders. After selecting the payment method, the customer can check the information about his online purchase again and correct it if necessary. In this context, the customer is asked to agree to the terms and conditions. Through this process, the buyer makes a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract, and the buyer then receives an order confirmation by email. The provider thereby informs that the order has been properly transmitted to the provider. The contract is only concluded when another email is sent confirming the delivery of the goods. Acceptance can take place within three days of receipt of the offer. With this shipping confirmation, the purchase contract was legally concluded. The contract text is saved by the provider.
3. Cancellation policy
If the customer is a consumer, he or she has a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB). The customer can find the cancellation policy in our online shop using the following link.

5. Deliveries
The goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer. Costs arising from incorrect address information can be charged to the buyer. The provider is entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer. There are no shipping costs for subsequent deliveries.
6. Offsetting / Right of retention
You only have the right to offset if your counterclaim has been legally established or is undisputed.
7. Retention of title
The provider reserves ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
8. Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
