Rright of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 60 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons, provided that the products are unopened and in their original condition.
Return procedure
To request a return, please email us. Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and provide you with the best possible experience. We work hard to maintain the quality of our products and take full responsibility when the quality is inadequate.
If you need a new or different product or have another reason why you would like to receive your order again, please mention this in your email. For example, if you want to return two or more products but only want a refund for one while you want to receive the rest again, please state this clearly in your message to us.
Costs and conditions
Unopened products:
Unopened products can be returned within 60 days.
Refused delivery:
If delivery is refused by the customer, a processing fee of £15 will be charged.
Damaged products:
No refund will be given for damaged products that are returned.
Undeliverable or refused packages:
The return of undeliverable or denied packages (z. B. due to incorrect address information) is only possible for a processing fee of £15. This also applies to packages that are not picked up or refused acceptance.
Usage recommendation
We recommend that all our customers use the Femmelife vaginal capsules for at least 3 months before consistent results can be expected. If you do not see results after a few weeks, we advise you to complete the 3-month course if you wish.
