Delivery & Shipping
Note: Where possible, we deliver through the mailbox to save shipping costs, minimize CO2 emissions and maximize comfort. If you order before 22:59 on working days, you will receive your order within 2-4 working days. Delivery may take a little longer on public holidays.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
Shipping costs are £4.95 for orders to Germany, Switzerland and Austria if the order value is less than £60 . We offer free shipping for orders over £60.
How will my package be shipped?
We rely on GLS to ship your packages. GLS is known for its reliable and fast service, so you will receive your order quickly and in perfect condition.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Track & Trace code by email that you can use to track your package. This code will be sent to you as soon as the package leaves our warehouse and is on its way to the GLS sorting center. Unfortunately, with this shipping method we cannot offer options such as delivery to a pickup point, additional instructions for the delivery person or delivery to another address. As a rule, the delivery person rings the bell, leaves a note or delivers the package to your neighbors if it doesn't fit.
When can I expect my products?
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In 95% of cases, delivery takes place within 3 working days. If we do not meet the delivery time, please let us know by email. After your order, you can track the status of your delivery, from the warehouse to the desired address.
The Track & Trace code indicates that the package was delivered, but I didn't receive anything?
This is of course annoying because this information should be correct. First check that the address given in the order confirmation is correct. In such cases, if the address is correct, GLS recommends ( if the status is displayed as 'delivered') to wait until the next delivery day. Deliverers usually leave a note or try to deliver the package again the next day. The status may be incorrectly displayed as 'delivered. If your package has not arrived at the end of the next delivery day, please contact us. We would be happy to help you find a solution.
Why does it sometimes take longer?
There are some situations where delivery of your order may be delayed:
- Product availability: If an item is out of stock, this may delay shipping. We will keep you updated by email.
- High demand: During high season, such as around public holidays, delivery times may be longer.
- Holidays: No deliveries take place on official holidays.
- Unforeseen circumstances: Occasionally there may be technical problems in our warehouse that lead to delays.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we hand over your order to the shipping service provider, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This way you know exactly when your package will be delivered. You will receive this code within 24 hours. If you have not received an email with a Track & Trace code, please also check your spam folder.
